Cable Car

Situated at the 4th floor of Jaya SuperMarket (the blue building), is this wonderful semi-fine-dining restaurant i recommend u guys to eat. They have western as their specialty and some local dishes like fried rice or kuei tiao as well. These are wad i had that night's dinner with my family n relatives...Mixed Grill... Sausage, chicken, beef, lamb, egg, bacon, mix vege, tomato and fries..

And a side order of a dozen 'Escargot' mmmmmmmmm.....

Weekend Aura

I remembered having this great excitement towards the weekend when it was oni 1 o'clock on Friday. My classes were over and im free from homework n assignments. With not much money left in my pocket, i decided to go back home, relax and play CS in my com for the afternoon. Round 4, i went to met up with Faye, KL, and Xh for our usually friday meeting. We didn't played basketball, instead we spend the evening watching each other playing Ps2 and going Esso for a drink. I planned to eat dinner with them as well but Faye couldn't make it so oni its me, KL n Xh. We slowly walked Faye home and slowly made our way to my place. We stopped by a park to took some photo. Well, i had fun playing with a camera phone. After that, we went my place, put our stuff and ate at Wai Sek Kai. After 16years of staying in ss2, I had my very 1st meal there. We finished round 8 and headed back to my place. While KL and Xh waited for transport home, we played cards and i gave Xh few blog lessons.

It was 10;30p.m. when Xh was bout to leave when my phone rang. It was brian, asking me whether i wanna go 1U to watch movie. Why not...I dunno wads the real title, at 1U i saw ''rogue assassin" anyways its a good show to see. Cool backstabbin skills to learn here. The show was at 11;15 p.m. by the time it's finish it was like 1;30 a.m. No transport back home, i had no choice but to call the night at ed's place.

The plan was like this, get a morning call at 8 from my cousin, help out my mom at central park outside 1U with the stall. (My cousin n mom join this merdeka event and they had a stall to sell my mom's cookies). But instead, i woke up at 8;30 to see 16 missed calls and to discover that my phone has no credit to call back. Next thing i know my dad called up. To clear up the mess, he picked me n brian to the place and drop us there to help. But when we got there, all the unloading and setting up was already done, so we were free to go n have breakfast at Mcd. When we got back, we sat around looking at stalls and chat. Without having a clue when were going back home, i asked my cousin, only to find out that we were to find our transport back home. So brian called his transport, while waiting we help out by selling my mom's cookies. It was kinda fun, offering cookie samples to the guest and...oh yeah...under the sun.

We didnt stay long, after manage to sell 6 containers of cookies, we went home. Oh yeah, any reason why this jolly good weekend has been going quite well is also thank to my maid who has jus finish working and went home. So i was home alone...yippee...com, music, food....yes....

Well, in the evening i went cyber with Jon for only an hour when my dad called up asking me to help out with the clearing up. At the same time, i met up with Ed. We went to collect his new canggih spec before going to 1U to clear up. Sadly, we manage to sell only 14 containers of cookies. We headed to a mamak stall near CenterPoint where Ed join ma family for dinner of Nasi Goreng. After that, it was home sweet home for everyone...

My sunday was a usually one....getting up late , going to Pelangi, and swim. My weekend aura started to die out when i wasn't able to use the sauna after my swim...But overall, i had....a good weekend.

Lecturer Fled

My 1st lesson is a 2hours theory lecture on food production from 8 to 10. Many entered the class with uninterested expression on their faces. Well, i was one of them. Impossible to hear or understand wad the lecturer's tryin to teach, i hid myself and started reading my notes on the service procedures which i'll be doing after class. Without paying much attention to class, i didn't notice to definite silence in the class till the lecturer brought it up. He wasn't getting any response from the crowd of 80+ students. This was oddly strange but i liked it. The time where this powerful aura from the entire class made this lecturer stop teaching and left the class. There was a sense of guilt in the air but no one seems to care. I'm telling you..my fellow readers, that moment was awesome.

I deeply apologize for not taking any photo. It pains me to again miss the opportunity to snap some amazing moment of my college life. Anyways....I had my 2nd service practical, it was considerably well cause i was oni helpin others to serve. After practical, i did a lil meeting a lil drink with frens before going home.

I was suppose to join Faye, KL and Xh for Kayu but it was a lil late. So they came to my place for a chat instead. With so much spare time in my room, i decided to tidy things up a lil.

After they had left, i did couple rounds of CS before dinner. Still not getting the hang of sniping, shotguns are still my fav.... 'B'...'2'...'2'........'B'...'6'...'6'... "ok let's go".

KS is Killin Spree

After 2hours of lecture, me, brian, ed n loh went blitzone round 10;30. Over there, we did like 2rounds of Dota b4 Loh left for class and had another 2 b4 lunch. My old Syllabear stomped 'nearly' everything, Luna rox as always, and Banehollow was awesome with 3 hyperstones. We had lunch at the corner hawker place where all 3 had chicken chop which is far more better than the ones in college. After that, we went back for Dota again at Netmaster, where I tried Storm Spirit, spammed Death Prophet and wasted time with Chen and Leshrac.
Bout 5 o'clock, i called a quit, my eyes were tired and i needed a shower. So went back and meet up a neighbourhood fren. Over there,got the offline CS game and installed it straight away in my com. Now i can train up my nooby CS skills at home muahaha....jus u wait fellas... i'll snipe u guys off one by one specially u brian....sharing is caring..my foot!

Birthday, Round 2

I was told to keep my 18th Ogos available for my frens. No idea why, i just did it. I predicted it's gotta be a some sorta suprise for my belated birthday but couldn't think of any. All they've told me was that we're going out for a yamcha at 6 and dinners included. Wondering what on earth is going on, i just stayed at home onlining.

At 7, my family went out and i was starting to get hungry. Bout 10mins time, they arrived. Carrying bags and containers of food n drinks, my dinner, into to hus. The timing of event was so perfect that i cant believe it, in the end, it was faye who did some communication with my mom. Here are the presents:

The Blame Game

Yes...Yes... 1st week of practical's over and marketing assignment's done. Yes! I feel much lighter. After having a tiring kitchen practical and a disappointing service practical top with a 2500 words report for marketing assignment, i want nothing more then to sit down in an ulu cafe having a nice cup of ice-blended coffee drink. And so i did, well not in an ulu cafe.
I took this opportunity to update myself n my frens on whats been going on. With an ice-blended cappuccino and Kim Leong with me, we started chatting.
Right...Blame Game. I've been observing this ever since i started on my 1st assignment. It's funny to see how people actually play it. Most of them pass the bomb to other victims, some are smarter, attaching explosives to the bomb and pass it on. While noobs just grab on to it and let it explode right in the face... There was one round where the lecturer was furious with our group, (to my great shock) all of us stayed silent. ( i was expecting the bomb to land on someone) In the end, the whole group kena...BOOM... it's a fun game... well..only while observing...haha

Greed Spoiled My Day

My Thursday started off with an hour of French at 8, where i learned bout directions, weather n adjectives before dozing off. After that, i was to go to the college kitchen where i'll have my 1st practical in the kitchen. I was in charge of doing 'Duchess Potato' with Mel, an awesome food made from mashed potatoes. It was fun squeezing the potatoes from the piping bag. The sad thing was only to see them been poured away into the waste from stupid customers who doesn't know how to eat them. My 1st kitchen practical, i could say, was great. Fun, excited and interesting. After that, i was to go to the com lab with brian n ed, rushing our marketing assignment.
We stopped doing round 5, felling hungry we went outside to eat. At the same time, Faye called asking me to join them at Mcd. So i was in a temporary dilemma on whether to stay or go Mcd. i chose to stay awhile then grab a cab there. But failed to get one on time so Mcd's out. So i went back to brian n ed who were almost done. We chat bout 10 mins before leaving the shop. From there we departed, brian re-enter his cyber world, leaving me n ed to find a cab home. We manage to stop 3 but none of them were going ss2, only the third one went to ed place, leaving me once again behind.
It was 7, if cabs can't fetch me neither would my family. So i waited at Wina's hus for my brother for pick up. Unable to Mcd nor end my day the way i wanted. But on the bright side, i save cash hehe..
OK...updated ledi. Now, must dash n finsih my marketing assignment or i'll not sleep tonight..

The Battlefield, Chp 1

If it wasn't hotel management, i wud find myself either in the designing field or in mass com. Howeva, in the hospitality industry, character n attitude are very essential. Not entirely brain, nor brawn, but people skills and some charisma.
So yes people skills : being friendly, co-operative, and all those lil positive skills. All happily working together. Well think again, i believe i had picked the most fun n interesting course after all. y? found out in Chp. 2

18 Years of Age

I woke up today with a groan. Though yes, its ma birthday alright, but i wasn't expecting a ''Happy Birthday" from any of my family members. Neither presents as well. Instead, my 18Th birthday will be starting off with the same boring lecture. And i was right. But the worst part was that it was our class's 1st practical assessment on serving and running a restaurant.
I thought have experience of working on a restaurant would be a advantage, guess i was wrong. What we are suppose to do are so much much different. More strict and more....mmm....high class la.. Everything went haywire. Though many got extremely nervous while others were lost and clueless. To top it all up, the lecturer continuously kutuk all of us.
Only had breakfast, had class from 8 to 9;30, bought a small cracker to munch and off i go to prepare for my practical. Open restaurant at noon, started clearing up at 2, by the time were done it 3, HUNGRY wei... lips drying, stomach growling and mind bursting open. I needed food.
Went to cafeteria and found most of the class there.....with a cake.. shit... "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!", the loudest birthday song i have ever received in public...Thx Guys..
With cake and friends around me, i find it hard to promise myself to do my marketing assignment. Instead, i hacked it....Thx Guys..
Though i didnt get any presents this years, i was glad that there was a birthday cake which i hadn't had since 14. Well, many girls offered kisses but i told them to collect all into a card will do hehe.. once again..Thx Guys..

Nous Somme Mercredi

I dunno how well i slept last night. But i clearly remembered a french homework i was supposed to finish by today. It was with this thought, that make me speed up my daily morning routine. After my daily dose of coffee and well-dressed, i dashed to college.
After few mins of doing the homework, i noticed i wasn't the only one who hasn't done. Most of them hadn't have a clue on what they were suppose to do. So that lighten me up a bit, enabling me to write my answers a lil more neater then it should have been.
1st 2hours lecture was Marketing. Jus like all lectures, it was boring. I was into my drawing status where i started scribbling my name on the notes. A few minutes later, there was drawings of lovely couples at the bottom of the paper. kekeke.
French, the next 2hours, was not any better. We spent an hours discussing on one picture and forming a dialogue for jus that picture. Nuts. The last 30mins, my forehead was on the desk with my shoulders.
Finally, noon. Lunch, Food. After filling myself with rice n sosej, i planned to go ed n loh's place for a swim but sadly that didnt turn out. Brian wanted to go home so it only left me going to their place where i need to go my own transport which made me said no. But in the end, i went. I couldn't stand staying at home, com, Ps2 and more com. Jelak la.
Over there, we did some chatting, some stoning as well... it was better then being stuck at home. Well, our meeting ended with a lil tea of Rojak n Cendol and i was then to return to my home. Thinking of any possible plan i could do tonight. Instead i did this post. swt. Thats all for a Wednesday.
